actually its a special matte clearcoat...
I'm pretty sure that for whatever markup you can get this thing at you can get the exact same finish done at a high-end bodyshop for cheaper.

Black kidney grills and gills like they did with the window trims would look really good IMO.
I think matte black would have been a little better but isn't bad at all.

agree, matte black side and front grilles would be good
though i think matte black overall is a bit play out already

blacksc400, it comes from the factory. It really looks amazing. BMW, imo, makes the best OEM rims too.
