Whats wrong with this photo

While passively searching for a DD, I came across this dealership in Marietta. He could have at least been more original. Actually I'm surprise he got away with using a symbol so similar.

They've changed it enough not to infringe on copyright laws, but there is no denying what they are trying to do.

Yes, they could have been more original...

How do you know he "got away" with it? Maybe Lexus hasn't seen it yet--send it to them.

I think the most aggressive company for going after stuff like this is Porsche.
