Infinti G35- Single handlely saved infinti and is a great car to drive
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution- proved the Japanese can build a eco box that can take down supercars
Nissan GT-R- Again can take down much bigger badges at a lesser price.
Chevrolet Corvette C5/C6- Proved America can build a world class sportscar
BMW M3- provides space for four people, yet is at home on the race track.
Porsche 911- Porsche just keeps improving the formula

Here's my picks:

1. 2004+ Ford F-150: Redefined a trucks limits. Showed consumers a truck could be a family vehicle. Upscale interior ahead of the competition
2. Ford Fusion/fusion hybrid: Fords edgy sedan proved that it could compete with the Accord and Camry. The hybrid and sport versions took this sedan to a new level
3. Ford Escape Hybrid: Most fuel efficient SUV, Hybrids began to catch on with the 2005 introduction
4. Lexus RX400h: Luxury. Utility. Hybrid.
5. Aston Martin V8 Vantage: A gorgeous baby Aston, nough said
6. Cadillac CTS/CTS-V: A true AMERICAN luxury/sport sedan engineered to take on the boys from Deutschland
7. Infiniti G: An affordable alternative to BMW or MBZ. RWD and powerful V6
8. Mazda3/speed3: An entry level car with a quality interior and fun-to-drive factor. The Speed only adds more fun
9. Jaguar XF: The car that brought Jaguar back into the modern age
10. Hyundai Genesis: An amazing RWD sedan that lacks the pedigree of Lexus or MBZ but offers nearly the same quality, power and reliability, at the fraction of the price

Two honorable mentions I would add
- Mini Cooper: Stayed decently true to the original. Fun, economical, and charm
- Ford Mustang 2005+: Retro meets modern. Restarted the pony car showdown

Lexus RX-Doesn't matter, pick one. Created and Defines the Segment any generation. Hybrid only increased its legend. Who doesn't have one?

Toyota Prius- the first profitable and mainstream hybrid. It is THE hybrid. Caught the world by surprise and defines the hybrid segment.

3-series-Defines its segment, is legendary and has many choices from the old 323 to the incredible M3. The car everyone tries to beat but rarely can.

Escalade-I would never drive one but you cannot deny what its done. It is THE bling vehicle. Crushed the Navigator and brought Caddy back.

S-class-continues to be THE flagship car. Endless options and not one but 2 AMG choices. Now a hybrid is coming. New Mafia car of choice

Infiniti G35-The Q45 didn't lead the revitalization, this car did. The brand would be dead without it. Cheap, fast, fun in a bigger size than its competition

Porsche 911-THE sports car. GT2/3 is ridiculous. Turbo was the GT-R target. The same, yet is not. Also economical for a sports car. Variations for days

Acura TL-almost missed it b/c the current version is horrid but it introduced us to the "one option" Acura (Nav or no Nav) and got better and sold great

Toyota Camry-hated by internet punks, loved by consumers. It is THE American sedan. Now in a hybrid and more options than ever. The target.

Tie-MX5/F-150-Easy to take both for granted but they are THE definition of their segments and continue to sell well and they continue to improve

Honorable mention
300C- made everyone think they were a rapper or hollywood star. Couldn't save Chrysler
GT-R-costly until you realize it whoops everything *** short of the Space Shuttle.
Corvette-A world class effort and sticks to its roots. In a world of tech, lightweight and power rules
IS-first RWD Japanese sedan to seriously tackle the 3 and got tons better the 2nd gen. IS-F is now the first super Japanese sedan here
7 series-ugly as all sin, unreliable as hell, I-drive was horrid and it was very much loved by the new generation of BMW fans/owners. Bangle butt ftw!
LS- Acura, Infiniti, Audi, Jaguar cannot do what Lexus has done. A S/7 fighter people want. No longer one sedan, not has many variations and a hybrid
Civic-bland it sells, new age style it sells. Si is fun. Continues to keep young buyers with Honda.
3- best looking in class, arguabley best driving and MS3 was a great upgrade.
Rav-4-created the segment and now offers 5/7 and I-4/V-6 and FWD/AWD. Actually very fast with the 6 and very versatile
Audi R8-supercar Audi? You bet! Brought some new style and life to a brand that is always behind BMW/Benz/Lexus.

If we are talking about changing the face of the automotive industry, it has to be the Prius. It introduced a whole new class of powertrain to the automotive market.
