But I agree the new Challengers sure do capture the image of the old. I speak from experience having an original one sitting in my garage for over 25years...

Guys........I'm tempted. I knew that a limited model run was coming in purple, but didn't know just when.
I grew up with the original Challenger. And that was my favorite automotive paint color of all time.
Chrysler products, in general, though, are just so poorly built. I reviewed a Challenger R/T last year, and was generally unimpressed with it. I'd look like an idiot if I criticized their build quality, recommending that other people avoid them, and then went out and bought or leased one myself. Also, Chrysler's future is uncertain, even with Fiat ownership.

Also be wary of unsolicited advances from scantily clad big chested blonde women, often unreliable & no warranty
