No performance claims have been made for the powered-up-and-pared-down M5, but Biermann says it is “comfortably faster the standard M5’s 4.1sec 0-100km/h”.

Amazing car no doubt, but don't get your hopes up:
As desirable as this car may be to all of us however, this car remains a one-off and there are no plans for production.

CSL+580 hp= Cadillac can kiss their asses. I love HP wars. Its so damn cool. Can you imagine piloting a near 600 hp sedan. You can take your entire family to hell and back with that kind of power

I think BMW might be mocking their own fans.
What is the point of making a "one-off CSL-style" M5 if it will not go into production? Consider especially that the next-gen M5 will no longer have the V10, so for a lot of BMW fans it is especially sad.
