This vehicle has been in testing for more than a year now. The next 1 series is rolling aound too. BMW is sure not shy when it comes to testing vehicles. No secret closed door computer animation stuff. Show the masses what is coming

BMW is so predictable, their interiors will forever be the same.

Please read what I posted carefully. I am NOT making judgements on the ENTIRE car, or detailed specific judgements on certain design cues like you were making with the LFA.

I am making judgements on the greenhouse specifically, which can CLEARLY be seen, camo or not. Camo and cladding in this case is not hiding the shape of the greenhouse, or the angle of the windshield so my statements are totally valid. I am not judging any other parts of the car.

Interesting wheels, and the whole car could use a drop lol (maybe its a AWD xi?). I do like those brake calipers though. That exhaust set-up makes me think 335i (or similar) variant of the 3 series unless the whole range has gone towards a dual exhaust set-up. I'm sure the interior will remain visually the same as the current generation, with minor changes to the layout or materials. To me the overall body profile reminds me of the new 7 series in compacted form. I'll reserve judgment when I can see it without camo. Personally though, I'm more excited for the next generation IS, but that remains to be discussed on a different thread

Uh, yes, and I believe I was making judgements on the rear of the car which was, in fact, uncovered, and how it didn't match the LF-A II. I believe you were the one who said it's impossible to judge the car and its certain uncovered elements without seeing how the entire car looked uncovered and officially so... "Just based on the greenhouse alone, I would rather get a C-Class in terms of exterior styling..." how can you possibly say this fairly?

Besides, the LFA I was talking about, we now know, only had its headlamps and taillamps covered in a few strips of tape.

the proportions look solid. I am amazed at how quickly the car is growing. The next 3 series looks like the current 5 series

+1

I thought this looked kinda big. It might end up being the size of the new A4.

With Audi and BMW chasing sales volume and with their having new 1 series and A1/A3 coming, they have to make the 3/A4 bigger since those other cars will get bigger. So yes expect bigger vehicles.

The A4 grew 5 inches which doesn't sound like a lot but its a pretty big difference. One of the reasons I enjoy the 3 series and IS so much is their true compact size, about 180 inches long.

some more camo coming off-

seems like it's gonna be a good looking car. this one will continue to sell like hotcakes.

competition just got a whole lot stiffer. Lexus is gonna have to really up its game for the bread n butter models.

rolling shot. exhaust note reminds me of an infiniti G. Or did infiniti steal that from bmw originally ??-

looks kind of ordinary, and the way this awesome car is gaining weight and size is disturbing. The current 5 series looks more like an older 7 series and the 3 series looks like the last 5 series.
