I am trying to buy car from across the country. I was approved for the 2.9% but now it looks like Lexus Financial Services is requiring that I sign the paperwork in person. The manager says its because of the credit crunch and everything has become much more strict. Does that sound right? Anyone hear about the "new" policy?
