I'd take the TTS over the 135 any day... but then if you look at the pricing, it's also over 10k more, so I'm not sure if that's a fair comparison. And there I thought the 135 was overpriced. Sheesh. At one point I was really high on the 1er, and I was even strongly considering one, until I went to the dealership and saw it in person. Yuck. It was so bad that I declined the test drive.
I'm guessing that the AWD and/or gearing really helps the TT launch, since it's down 35hp and still managed to be faster in the acceleration tests, even if it's slightly lighter. If they ran from a roll, the 135 might pull even/away.
