And at the rate the government is going with this witch hunt on Toyota, it’s not going to be a friendly place to import cars too in a short period of time.
I do not agree with what is happening to Toyota right now but as I asked in another thread, do American corporations get a fair chance in Korea\China\Japan?

The European automakers seem to be doing just fine in Korea, Japan, and China.
That's a cop out domestic automakers use. What's stopping American automakers from doing fine in Korea, or Japan? The Europeans can do it.
You're right, what goes around comes around, and this will definitely come around and bite the US govt.
Kudos to Mr Buyer for asking some hard, honest questions and getting some of the truth out there

.I also say why defend a corporation? Why defend a corporation that did screw up, they did make mistakes correct?
Yeah they are being treated unfairly but your going to have a hard time convincing me that American companies play on a level ground in other countries.
Go setup a new business in China and tell me it’s all fair, it’s not so at the end of the day maybe this all balances out.
