at least it seems like the middle seat is available even for leather equipped cars. i don't follow honda anymore, but a while back when i looked at the car, i think the top model didn't come with the middle stow away seat option

I just can't get all worked up over a minivan but this looks good for the market it serves. They'll sell zillions.

In all seriousness, I was worried what the new Sienna would turn out to be like since there wasn't much hype about it before the unveiling. But now I'm blown away. I really, really like the facelifted current/previous Sienna and thought it couldn't get any better. But they did it.

Looks like 8-passenger seating is available with leather. Hopefully it's available all the way up to the Limited trim, then you can add me to the buyer's list.

It was capable of going over $40k before, wasn't it?

The current Odyssey body debuted for 2005. I think the 2004 model looked sportier, leaner, and less flabby than the current one. The new Sienna is extremely modern and quite luxurious in appearance.

Top of the line Siennas are about $45+k.

Rare, but it's available.

Like the $32+k Prius...

yeah the Sienna topped out at around 40 but not really above 41. As I said, the FWD limited with every option (including dvd, and PCS) was 39,500 so Id assume AWD is another 1500 or so.

I think this sienna will have no problem hitting 44K, which IMO is wayyyy to much to pay for a minivan, or any toyota at that

I just got back from press day#1 of the LA Auto Show. The 2011 Sienna did not have much fanfare at the beginning but for good reason. Now that it has had it's world debut, I think this will be the benchmark minivan to beat. The Sienna SE will definitely appeal to the younger crowd, myself included and for good reason. 19" Wheels, Sport tuned suspension (I have been told it handles a lot better than the Odyssey Touring) with a lower stance, se specific interior leather/cloth with contrast stitching, c/f like trim, SE specific front fasica and rockers and etc. I have to give Toyota credit as the Chief Engineer of the Sienna wanted a sporty version of his creation.

The Alphard and Estima are knockout vans imho but I think this 3rd gen Sienna will not disappoint.

holy cow!! That's a Sienna?!? It has certainly come a LONG way from its humble roots (ok not the Van or the Previa but the 1G Sienna and its ho-hum looks).

I don't know about you guys, but the SE looks pretty damn hot. The taillights are reminiscent of the Estima (which we all loved) and the front has cues from that minivan concept. It has also aerodynamic cues from the Prius (the sharp corners).

In non-SE form, the rear looks a bit too truckish. The first thing that came to mind was Sequoia when I saw the back of the non-SE version.

The lounge chairs is an idea brought over from the Alphard. C'mon guys! Toyota took the best qualities from each of its minivans! Heck, the "twin panel" makes a comeback!

Btw, why does the front moonroof look like it has a handle on it?
