News to me... it's true they're more expensive to maintain than a Civic, but at the end of the day the NSX is pretty bulletproof.

Congratulations on the NSX. I do have to agree that the NSX is not that expensive to maintain and own. When I had mine maintenance was not that much more than my Acura Legend, and in fact cheaper than the Lexus cars. As long as you don't blow the engine you'e fine. Insurance was only about $1100 a year too.

Waterpump and timing belt was the most $$ and the clutch job for my buddy's one but other than that his car was pretty bulletproof...It was one of the autowave powered ones ..And even then he daily drove that thing with 675whp
