Amazing to see hypocrites make excuses for this car justifying its price but attacking the LFA price. Typical.

Its uglier (didn't think it was possible) and ridiculous. However kudos to Brabus to building it. It is a terrific example of "gone mad"

Well this car enthusiast is saying that its nuts and senseless for an SUV. I'd rather like most, take a super car that goes 200 mph, but Hey if you see nothing wrong with a freakin 200mph mini van then hey maybe thats your thing.

Maybe it is me that is missing the point, but just b/c they state it as being able to go 200mph means nothing. A car with over 700bhp is certainly going to get close to that as a byproduct of the power. The point is having all that power and torque on tap when you want it.

There are plenty of people who want or need to have an SUV due to kids or whatever else and if they have the money to buy an SUV like this and they like powerful cars then I don't see why not.

And I don't know if you have noticed , super cars are pretty small and unconfortable compared to a luxury SUV or sedan.

Or maybe its me, but I can't see anyone in their right mind wanting to share 700hp with the wife, kids and dog. Theres a logical reason why car capable of200mph are typically relegated to two seaters. But this is not a logical automobile so whatever......to each his own.

My question, what's the point?? Where are you going in a SUV that would require you to do 200mph, Home Depot for mulch or hauling kids to soccer??

The S65 AMG only has 100hp less than this brabus and is a luxury limo, any of these cars are not made to go fast around corners, we all know that. Logic goes out the window with any passenger car that has wads of power.

Heck, I bought the IS-f for my wife who only uses the car to take the kids to pre-school and carry the groceries home from shopping, maybe I should have gotten a carolla?

Who cares if there is a practical point to it or not? This is a niche car that Brabus built to show off their engineering prowess. That is the point of this car.

You will be suprised with the road holding capabilities & the overall drive of a performance suv. It will make many cars including our GS's seem like the 'suv's' Shocking for sure..

On another note Dash, i guess with the proper suspension and handling and lower center of gravity its probably safer than most "Regular" SUV's out there. I guess i was thinking of a Yukon or Tahoe where there prone to tip and be unsafe, but this is comparing apples to oranges and the Brabus is on a whole other level.
