Remember....with the EPA, the vehicle class is determined by interior size/volume, not the exterior. That is why some tiny cars like the Honda Fit that are highly space-efficient can be classified as sub-compact on the outside but much larger inside.

I cant understand why they put the CTS in this review or compare it to the 5, GS, E etc.... isnt it a 3/IS/A4 competitor? Its starting price is $34K...all these other cars are like 45K+

The Caddy CTS costs considerably more than that $34k once one enters the show room. I've seen some CTS sedans at Paul Conte in the mid $40k range to start topping off in the $50k+ range.

I disgaree, size wise, the CTS is comparible to the 5 GS and E. When I test drove the CTS, the sticker on it was $46K. The top of the line CTS can run as high as $50K.

As has been said the CTS is a very pricy, but I do agree with you that the CTS isn't quite in the league of the 5, GS, E, only because it doesn't offer a non-V V8 engine option like the 5,GS, E do. But in the future, Cadillac may offer one once the ATS 3/IS/A4 competitor comes out...
