Off Topic: My dad, 80, is Canadian and wants to buy a used car from the US.
So, my dad is 80 and is a resident of Canada (Montreal). He wants to buy a car from a family member who is in the US. Since both are elderly, I am trying to find out the process and help them out.

this post should give you everythng you need to know. basically you just pay the import fees and duties if it's not made in north america.
