Range Rover and Jeep do a good job advertising off-road capabilities, which appeals to people. I think people would truly be amazed to know the GX capabilities since its very trusted worldwide but as the LC Prado.....

What is also important and semi-related is Lexus continues to keep showroom traffic with seemingly a new or updated car or 2/3 every year. This really helps with sales. Lexus had the RX, IS-C, HS (ES/LS/IS updates) last year and this year is the GX. Next year the GS/IS and the LFA will be sold (the LFA will be a huge sales boost)

since 2006, Lexus has unveiled a new hybrid every year. Cant wait to see what they have in store for this year to keep the line up fresh, possibly the LF-CH into production

they could always make 2 commercials. instead of 1 catch-all commercial that's too general.

make one showing the prowness of the GX as an offroad vehicle. and the other as the soccer mom one.

there...you just appealed to most of your buyers.
