Now I'll have to flip a few more burgers to get my 1 minute worth of LFA ownership.

Doubt any rappers know about it.

sooner or later we will see LFA in a music video. Lexus gets mentioned in rap alot, and it's definitely worthy to be glorified by bling bling industry.

I think the insurance and tax of the car alone would force that person to sell it

I seriously doubt the value of an LFA will *ever* go down. 2 million in 20 years? Maybe. Not likely, but certainly possible.

It's just a matter of whether or not they desire the LFA.
Really ? a 2 million dollar Toyota will sell like hot hotcake? Toyota should really hair you as their marketing director, because according to my math, Toyota is losing 800 million dollars on the 1st year production of LFA.
I like the LFA as much as the next guy, but a 2 million dollar Toyota, come on.

Lexus says it's taking orders through the end of the Geneva auto show in March. At that point the automaker will determine allocate the cars to 56 countries. Other sources have told us differently, though. We reported last week that the car had sold out in Japan and that, in December, 90 of the 150 cars slate for California are spoken for.
Price probably didn't have anything to do with the LF-A selling out prematurely. The same thing happened with the 2010 Camaro, a car not even 10% of the LF-A's price (independent of dealer markups). GM simply did not produce enough of them for anticipated demand. Appparantly, Lexus may not, either....although, of course, you can't crank out hand-built exotics like the LF-A with a cookie-cutter.

Seriously how on EARTH do you know that? Do tell.

2 engineers who went though rigorous testing work on each car. So please tell us how YOU Know they could make more.

Concrete proof please.

If you took the time to read about the car, you would see that it was a very rigorous set of testing. Engineers chosen had to pass these test. Only the absolute best of the best were asked and passed.

This is not some mass produced car. We also know they only want to build 500 and they have never mentioned more.

I don't know why they choose 2 for each car. I know they felt it was the best method.
