(No offense......I'm just being facetious).
To be honest, though, I've never seen a Subie go three-quarters of a million miles, like the thread-topic Accord.

One thing is for sure. The 2.2L certainly has a consistent record of hitting over 300k miles. This is an engine that Subaru should update and bring bang to the market.

My sister-in-law has an Outback too, it's approaching 100K miles.

I still vote for Trexus's Lexus as the high-miler that's really been driven.
I'm somewhat skeptical of a car with 700K miles and the original clutch (in terms of it been driven hard or at least normally).

willing to bet he was a medical courier of some sort, driving all throughout the state, those guys can put up this kind of mileage.
A normal person only puts on average 12,000 miles a year on their cars. My 97 Civic only has 110,000 miles.

I love threads like this. Regardless the make and model, I have a great appreciation for people who can get maximum longevity out of their cars. Great advertising for Honda by taking the guy's car into the showroom, and congrats to him if he ever sees his. Hope his new car serves him equally well.
I can vouch for that. Driven both of them almost coast to coast.
I loved your Legend, Chris!
About 410,000 on the original engine, trans, and clutch with my 6MT 1994 coupe as of today.
I've had it since 95,000 but I have records since new.

Video when I crossed the 400k mark.
And I posted a few pics (along with complete service/maintenance history) shortly after that milestone, on Autopia:
