About $650 or so after tax (8.75%). 0 down. Pretty loaded car, Nav, Premium, Sport, Sirius Radio, Heated Seats, Front/rear PDC, etc..
Currently in the house.
People are getting real world 40mpg on the 335D on the highway post break-in. With the eco credit, the car is currently cheaper than the 335i, which was just a win-win situation for me. Where I live, Diesel can cost slightly more or slightly less than Premium, depending on the gas station. Finding a diesel gas station isn't a problem in Southern California either. Urea injections are also part of the maintenance program.
Due to the torque, the city driving to me is much more enjoyable than a stock 335i.

MSRP $54,050
Invoice is about $3,700 less; Paid $1000 over invoice - $4,500 eco credit - $900 tax credit (at tax time). So basically $45,000 if you count all the credits for a pretty well loaded 335D.
Got ipod, power shades, fold down rear seats also.
