i dunno.

it looked like the ISF just had a horrible driver who didn't use the paddle shifters.

it looked like the isf was holding everyone back, especially at the turns.

you're supposed to drift that bish

Well technically it was a "Race" so blocking is part of the game.

I completely agree a NSX-R by itself would knock a couple of seconds off easy.

i agree as well, it's just part of the game. overall still a cool race, but the isf just totally got owned. it's not really in the same league in terms of track

A rather pointless comparison, but a fun watch nonetheless.

In a perfect world, I'd have an NSX-R for sunny weekends and a Land Cruiser/LX for all other days.

The IS-F is a near-perfect mix of luxury and performance for the real world if you can only have one car and need/want a sedan in its general price range.

Much respect to Subaru as always, and the Evo X has my respect as well. The Evo X is like a more-practical poor-man's GT-R. The Evo X just performs. Its AWD, while not as elegantly laid-out as Subaru's, cannot be faulted in terms of its performance.

Has anyone priced a WRX lately? The new "Limited" trim gets you leather and HIDs in addition to the usual 265HP 4WD goodness for under $30K!!!...God I love Japanese cars!

Interesting. Yea, Best Motoring's results are all over the place.. They make it pretty fun though! And come on guys, don't overreact. On the top gear test track, the IS-F beat the EVOX, 370z, and the STi (Prolly not the latest iteration tho), all by over 1 second. Unless the ralliart/nismo versions have enough mods to create 3-5s differential per lap?

I know the NSX is legendary around here, but let's be realistic. It'd be interesting to see lap times from the same driver.

Great video. I feel tskuba is not a good track for the IS-F, is is just to small for the IS-F to use it's full power. I think the results will be much different if the race was on a big faster track like Fuji.
