Obviously in response to the quality/recall issues that have been going on lately. Interesting read and the page also shows some videos on the manufacturing process

KAIZEN
This philosophy of continuous improvement is the guiding principle at Lexus. It empowers everyone—whether engineer or assembly line worker—to look for ways to improve our vehicles and the processes that build them. How seriously do we take this philosophy? Every day in our design buildings, scores of engineers are required to scrutinize a recently introduced Lexus until they figure out some way, any way, to improve upon it. [1]
where the hell is the Kazien on my crap F sport sway bars. This site will only help the image but in actuality Lexus needs to step it up a bit imho. My experience with my GS has not been bad but definetly not the Lexus reliability and problem free driving I thought I would have when I bought the car.
