Welcome to the Club.
The choice depends on what you need. How old are you? Do you need to transport family often?
The LS430 is the roomiest and most comfortable, but the slowest and least sporty of the three. It's a gas guzzler, but insurance is not that expensive.
The G35 on the opposite end is the smallest and most enthusiastic to drive. It can be thirsty depending on how you drive, and insurance can be a bit more expensive due to the market population it serves.
The GS350 is a good compromise between the two. Roomy and sporty, modern, and relatively easy to modify for better performance. The V6 is advanced. Insurance is probably the cheapest of the three.

I like your breakdown, but let me interject - the LS430 (04+ with the extra gear) is a great long distance cruiser and can get high 20's on long commutes. That's pretty good in my book.
But I agree with the consensus. For a 23 year old, the GS350 would be a nice choice all around.

i like the ls430, but definitely more luxury than the other two options. the gs350 is a nice mix of the ls430 and g35 if you wanted to compromise in between. i like the g35 coupe but not sedan (the styling isnt my preference). good luck with your choice!

As a daily driver, I'd take the LS430....although its RWD setup is not the best for winter or slick roads. Even traction/stability control, IMO, is no substitute for AWD. Later LS460s did offer AWD, but may (?) be out of your price range. The G35 and GS350 also offer an AWD option.
The LS is often stereotyped as a Grandpa/Grandma car, but, believe me, if and when you are tired at the end of a hard working day, there may be no more relaxing drive home on the planet than an LS, with the possible exception of a non-AMG Mercedes S-Class.
