I think the interior build of the TL and S4 are fine. Both are well built and I do prefer the Audi but the TL isn't a bad placed to be. Both do remind me of their Accord/Golf cousins but that is no bad thing. To me the S4 just feels "special" here, well worth the price. In comparison the TL has gone from a car that was 27-32k in 2002 to 44k in 2010 and I just don't see it. It went from a value to being overpriced to me.

What I was terribly disappointed in was the use of space, especially the giant TL. The S4 grew 5 inches in length and back seat room is IMO no better than an IS. Its really a tight fit and surprising.

The TL does better but considering its nearly 195 inches long, rear seat room and space is no better than my GS. The trunk is small too. Horrible execution for a car so big.

To me the G37 and 335 interiors are a step behind but they seem to make better use of space.

The G37 again shows how much of a tremendous value it is here.

I just can't believe the BOAT they call the 4th gen TL is quicker than a 335 around the track. That is INSANE. As much as I am upset at Acura for their debacle of the TL, I must say that is impressive. The S4 is in a different league in this comparo IMO.

The track times were all close, the S4 was the clear leader here. Everything else is a toss up I'm sure times can change depending on the driver.

G37-Points: 358.3
Lap time: 1:01.96

335-Points: 379.9
Lap Time: 1:01.8

TL-Points: 354.6
Lap Time: 1:01.51

S4-Points 394.0
Lap time: 1:00.41

They should have brought in Lexus IS350 and Mercedes-Benz C350 Sport also. But probably these two would rank dead last anyway.
