Not bad, although the LEDs in the headlights make me dizzy. Appears to have a subtle bodykit.
I see no reason to be disappointed with the hybrid mpg figures. I think thats phenomenal for Hyundai's first system.
The Turbo-4's figures I find even more impressive. Thats really damn good!

My only problem with the 2.0T is that the smoothness, ride quality, NVH, and cruising ability of a V6 will always be better than a 4 cylinder. It's not only about the power, but I do admire the bold step that Hyundai has taken.

All fish jokes aside. The one thing this does is take an already desirable car and spice it up visually enough to make the hybrid version something people might want based on looks alone. In the case of the Camry and Altima hybrid you're still driving something pretty ubiquitous with only a little badge that says "Hybrid" and nothing else to make the car special.

Understood.
Fine, but with the Excel, you spent more time walking or using a loaner while it was in the shop getting repaired than you did driving it. With the Accent, you can reasonably expect to get where you are going.
The Fit, like most Hondas, is a superb car mechanically and quality-wise. My only complaint, besides the slight cheapening of the 2 Gen interior materials, is the disgorge-your-lunch styling.
I actually find 2nd gen Excel more appealing than this.
I know you are not big on Honda Fit, but I'll take Fit or Yaris over this anytime anyday.

You can call me old school if you want, but I don't always follow the crowd. I think for myself.
