Yup. Hand built by my mechanic. Clever guy, great craftsmanship... but he's always talking about some nonsense about curving bullets.

Well, when it's turned off, sitting in my underground garage, with the guns turned off, it gets great gas mileage. Better than any hybrid or diesel or muscle-powered gear bike.
But when I'm out kicking *** and hittin' up the drive-thru, it's no bueno.
Luckily, I've got hook ups at the local stop-n-gulp. I caught the guy working the counter trying to scare me with some lysol spray hidden up his sleeve. Needless to say, I gave him a japanese-style whoopin' and now we're bffs.

my buddy has an icon leather jacket, very thick material, seems quality. he's never tested it though, which is a good thing.

Nice! Thanks buddy!
Tried the 1098 and 1198S. The riding position is too sadistic for me. Love the sheer power though; I keep popping wheelies without shifting.
I ride almost 10k miles a year. I need something that won't kill my back.

I understand, I am getting to that stage now myself. I have always ridden sport bikes. Started with a GSXR 750, went to an R1, then the Duc 748 and now this beast. It definetly pops, but you seems to have the best of both worlds.

You would just need snow tires.

Same here, I need AWD/4WD and M/S tires for those conditions.
