Time to come up with a new lighting gimmick.

i'm confused... where are the LEDs that we're supposed to be seeing? are they lining the bottom of the headlights?

They are no where near played out. Its still a relative handful of manufacturers putting them on their cars and they are usually the higher end cars so this is a great styling cue to enhance the appearance of a econo car

That's not the only problem. New Hyundai and Kia designs are overdoing an even older styling gimmick; making the headlights and tails huge, and stretching them out of proportion.

I predict Hyundai's next styling gimmick will be to imitate the "happy face" look of new Mazdas, making them look like happy fish.

how about retro '80s neon? what was old school can now be the next new lighting gimmick!

I think they look good on that truck and they're not played out at all. Why is it that everyone is knockin' Kia and Hyundai when the imitate a design cue from another manufacturer, but when any other automaker does it, it's all good?
