Mark X has been out for years, so I don't think it can be compared to the Sonata.

Looks good. Just don't like the tail lights. Kind of looks like it belongs on a Corolla and not a car like this.

You're not far off the mark. The Mark X is essentially a rebodied Lexus GS. Both of them share an identical wheelbase.
