I like everyone bringing the hybrids back, maybe then the future would be changed to accept hybrids as norm and properly pair them with performance as we will expect to see in the coming 10 years.
I would take back the Porsche 918 Spyder Concept for that very same reason! Hybrids with performance!

Hey, no time altering paradoxes and all that stuff. You could blow up the universe or something like that (well, at least according to Star Trek). The car can't stay.

i have a few choices....
A Tesla Roadster. All electric..and fast? Some engineer would pay me LOTS of money for that technology, which I would then put in a bank account...and watch it GROOOOOOOWWWWWW. Hopefully, when I come back to my time, i would have millions
LS600hL for reasons already listed.
A chevy cobalt, to show them what NOT to do.
A Ford F-series pickup, to show them how to do trucks right.

Wow, what a load of fail.
None of these cars you guys picked will run on leaded fuel. In fact, you wont even be able to put the nozzle of the old pumps into your gas tank filler.
And Joe, good luck finding hydrogen fueling stations
I personally would take the new mustang, and modify it to run on leaded fuel

I was just thinking how something as a obvious as a ZR1 Vette would blow the local kid's minds. Theye'd be like, "Hey man, that's a boss Corvette! Where'd you get it?"

Everyone knows Star Trek had it wrong, the real time paradox is properly explained in two words: Hottub Timemachine.

The machines! The machines have darkened the skies. Prepare yourself for Judgment Day! We are only living batteries to them. If you make it out of the Matrix, you'll have to fend for yourselves against the mutants roaming the wastelands. If they catch you, you'll have to fight in the Thunderdome where two men enters, one man leaves. We must prepare to lead a ragtag, fugitive fleet on a lonely quest for a shining planet known as Coruscant where we can enlist the aid of the Jedi to fight off the Cylons and restore balance to the force.
