Thanks to all for the responses. I think he is now leaning more to a GMC Terrain, which has it's own demerits, but far cleaner than the Crossturd. I can rest easier now. haha

The Crossturd is more feminine. And in my experience, women are the only ones who have showed interest in the Crosstour.

my girl drives an ugly element, but we both love it's versatility.

Well, yeah the front isn't feminine but the rear more so. My point is just that the Venza isn't at all feminine. In fact it's quite muscular looking.

I think they were kidding around about the potential for friendship loss.

But a great save, and a lessening of possible urban blight in his neighborhood.
