It is great AMG and RS offers M3 competition and even better that the Americans joine with the V. Lexus is THE ONLY Japanese brand with a M3 fighter which should be commended. Thank goodness for the IS F.

You do realize your thread title is completely inaccurate. Jay Leno did not "add a M3 to his stable".

It is not false as I said it was "REPORTED". I didn't say it was set in stone.

As I mentioned earlier, your same sources pegged the v12 as being dead. Then all of a sudden, The stork has delivered this

Also its wise not to pick and choose only some reports, you were wrong about FWD BMWs coming.

lol.. This has as much legs as the death of the BMW V12 thread that was posted a year or so ago.. Then boom!! BMW churns out a TT V12 760 to layeth the smacketh down.
The larger next gen 1 series is already in testing & it is not FWD. They are testing a rear drive & x-drive version of the car @ present. FWD will just ruin the BMW cache. The company has worked endlessly with its efficient dynamics program to work its way around the tough CAFE standards. Turbo charging is one method as we shall soon see a turbo charged 6 in the next gen M3.

Are you mad? We post threads with plenty of "reports". A lot of news posted might not be completely accurate but it is posted with a link b/c it might be of interest. Some reports we find out are pretty accurate. The bottom line is various reports are posted here on the future of a car/company. Some become true, some don't. Also its one thing to post news and its another thing to not read the news, then add your own title and thoughts which are completely wrong.

You might as well add that BMW did not sell 250k 3 series yesterday
