I knew it looked familiar!

A badge engineered Opel Astra, which is very good-looking. I'm not sure I can befriend the Buick version of this car, though.

The Chinese really love them Buicks!!! It's amazing how they actually saved the brand. Maybe cars like this and the upcoming Regal will bring the age of the average Buick buyer from the 80's down to the 30's like they are in China.

Good point. I agree. Though I didn't quite notice it at first, the Excelle hatchback I posted does look like a redone Opel/Saturn/Vauxhall Astra. Not surprising, since GM tends to do most of their small cars on world platforms now.

Maybe so.......but I don't quite see where sarcasm was involved. Almost anything done on today's Astra platform has GOT to be worlds ahead of any Cimarron. That car, to put it bluntly, was a joke.
