One thing I forgot to mention in my last post (which I should not have forgotten, because I test-drove one but didn't write it up) is that Saab also sold the 9-2X Aero, which was a Saab-ized version of the Impreza WRX, a classic rally car. I don't know, though, how many 9-2X's were actually driven in rallies.

But sticking to the theme of the thread hear and to the point made by ETHIX,
Even fewer Saab owners will know or care about the 9-2X Aero in rallys, due to a lack of high profile wins or success (like those of several decades ago).
