The Chinese accord already has that tacked on bit for tail light.

I was in the Philippines a few weeks ago thesedan's rear looks exactly like that so it's nothing new for me. The updates do nothing for me i'm still not crazy for it , I prefer the Nissan Altima though I don't dig that much either.

I guess it's hard to work-around that vertical beak (grille) on the current Accord. The more vertical front end makes it so it's not as much of a mess when you run-over pedestrians.

Also, why does Honda insist on that HUGE wheel gap?

Have they learned NOTHING from BMW?

Offer a SPORT package (with 30mm drop), for crying out loud!

You can store a basketball on top of that tire!

This isn't the same tacked on taillights as the Thai car. Ours will have the chrome strip along the bottom, which looks totally off from the rest of the light area. Once again, and over and over, Honda has completely lost touch with any sort of decency. Horrid!

Seriously, what happened to Honda?
Looks like they got Saturn LS rear ends on clearance sale...

No, you're not the only one. I'm liking the subtle refresh, also.

The addition on those rear lights looks like the tack-on reflector variety you can get at PepBoys.

You stay classy, Honda.

For years, I liked Honda's streamlined design but I loved Lexus/Toyota's reliability. However, it seems like the past 2 years Honda has been dropping the ball on design. Just doesn't look as nice like years before. Now with the Accord Crosstour out, I think it just looks hideous.. IMO. Honda needs to step up the design to capture my time to look.

That horizontal red strip is a disgusting design element. Unfortunately, this will still sell in droves. How many hours of my life will be wasted, stuck in traffic behind one of these?

As stated that 7 series rip off strip has been on the Honda INspire in Japan as well.

It is obvious Honda simply designs ugly vehicles. It is no longer a trend it is fact. They have the ugliest lineup today and that is their design. It gets worse with Acura.

However since blind people give them a pass and buy them, more power to Honda.

just out of curiosity... how did the Accord coupe get shorted on a licence plate bulb? (i.e. why does it get one bulb and the sedan gets two bulbs?)

They need to remove those trunk lights.

Coupe isn't too bad, but could shave down that growth they call a tail light.
