Fixed I agree the GErmans have the cute ute sector on lock...even the shoddy GLK is doing well. The Q5 is a strong performer too and this X3 will be snatched up.

The RDX and EX flopped in comparison.

Looks average. Strange headlight shapes and I don't like the sagging window line along the bottom. Makes it look like the body of a car that was just crash-tested into a wall and folded at the pillars. I do like the dash though, mainly because it mimmicks a Toyota dash with an Audi floor console.

Check out the nice orange peel paint on the red one. They should get rid of that close-up picture.

It was one of the few SUVs to offer a manual transmission in the US (Cayenne GTS being the only other one?). Even then, I think it had to be a special order.

I'm not sure that Acura parrot-beaks are better-looking than BMW front ends. I also find the Mitsubishi Lancer/Evo trapezoid grilles worse-looking than anything BMW does.
