They are horrible and the grill means nothing. They have no power and not much luxury. Its for poseurs. At least the BMW grill and front ends mean sport and true luxury and in some cases some incredible vehicles.Mitsubishi styling is horrid as well....I agree with you.
Nothing, it looks great, drives great and is one of the best SUVs around, IMO. The X5 is a tremendous vehicle now with the engine upgrades.

I remembered the pathetic excuse when the first gen X3 came out with the black front and rear bumpers because it was "for off roading and didn't want to get scratched up".
Pretty cheesy IMO for an overpriced cute-ute.
Now, it's all painted (starting in the 2nd gen)
Regardless, at least it's better than the previous one...........still ugly.
That X4, oh boy. Looks like a lifted z4

i don't care much for the looks, but it's slightly better than the 1st gen. i like the audi Q5 a lot better.

i still like the Q5 and GLK a lot better than this.
i thought the GLK looks very good. i don't know about the interior, but i much prefer the GLK's exterior over the current ML (which looks nice too, although the older ML was just meh)

...my life is complaining about how X model no longer offers an MT. Pretty soon I won't have anything left to complain about!

BMW has announced the M-sport Package for the all new 2011 X3. Details:
* Carbon Black metallic paint finish (exclusive M-sport color)
* 19 inch M light-weight alloy wheels
* Sports suspension tuning with stiffer dampers
* M multifunction leather steering wheel and variable sports steering
* M gear selection level with short throws
* Gearshift paddles (with BMW xDrive35i w/ standard 8 speed auto)
* Sports seats
* Pearlpoint cloth-leather upholsterly
* BMW Individual anthracite roof liner
* M Sport package side skirts, wheel arches and front and rear apron skirts are painted in body color
* Window surrounds and roof rails are in BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line.
