Wondering why the IS F doesn't get side mirror turn signals? Maybe a differentiating factor with the regular IS (sort of like how the M3 side mirrors are different?). I'd prefer that the fender F-badge not have the turn signal next to it, but that's just a quibble.

^ All Middle East spec IS have those turn signals, expect for the regular 09+ IS since it has on the mirror instead. I bet you know that already but just saying.

the m3 mirrors are mainly for aerodynamic, and i remember reading before that it's at the expense of a bit more wind noise.

adding turn signal to the isf mirrors i don't think will create more windnoise / affect aerodynamic. hard to imagine it's adding that much weight either. that's such a mystery to me.

the fender turn signal, i think it's not for the US spec vehicles. but yes, i agree it makes things a bit too busy

I don't like these leds at all. They were cool at first when they first appeared on Audi's, but now with every car getting them, they are played out and annoying.

Kill them with fire.

toyota used LEDs first! I remember them being on the highlander 4 or 5 years ago. Tail lights! It's more efficient than regular halogen or HID lighting. So it has caught on.
