Default World's first exclusive BMW M Division Dealership Opens!

July 25th was the launch of the first BMW M dedicated dealership worldwide in Singapore -- showroom and workshop for M vehicles exclusively. WOW, I am in love and would love to visit.

I wonder if such a dealership would work in the states, doubt there would be enough volume...maybe if BMW pulled M models from other dealers.

Are you kidding me? Look at the underside of that hood. A 65-70K vehicle with no insulation pad?

It's only there as a noise suppressor (not a heat shield) as there is a large majority of M3 owners who remove theirs. I may be wrong but I do recall having this convo with a friend of mine.

Yes, I can understand that for owners who like loud engine noise. Some mega-priced exotics like Ferraris, Lambos, etc.....deliberately lack insulaton.....they are expected to be noisy. But, for an expensive sport-luxury sedan like the BMW M3 ( I assume that car in the showroom is brand-new) you would expect a underhood pad, at least new from the factory.
