Default Anyone ever gone through Arbitration / Vehicle buyback with Lexus?

So I posted a while back about my 07 IS250 AWD Misfiring. I've started arbitration with Lexus to resolve the issues, just curious if anyone has successfully gone through this process? Do you know what formulas they use to calculate buy back price? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Thanks guys!

Most arbitration settlements will include Non Disclosure Agreements. I doubt that anyone that has gone through this process will be able to post their results here without violating the NDA.

Why would anyone bother to use car mfg sponsored arbitration process? I took Lexus to court and won. I don't know what you are talking about. I took Lexus to arbitration and won. Beside wining, I refused to accept the settlement offer and proceed to Trial where Lexus Gave up and repurchase by vehicle...............

Lexus is the worst of all Mfg when it comes to lemon vehicle. They gave me hell and hell they got back.

Long and short. Lexus is the worst of all car mfg when it comes to lemon vehicle. The dealer and headquarter customer service make you feel that the problem is in your head and just push you aside. After two years of delaying the process and making insulting offers, they finally agree to repurchase my vehicle as going to trial was not cost effective. They gave me hell and hell they got back.

By the way, never use the arbitration services any car mfg offer you........they are in cahoots with the each other. Customer service will always remind you about the arbitration service available to you..... but will never tell you your rights detail under the lemon law.

If you have any additional question, email me at xrayapple@gmail.com
