wow do we really need a whopping 6.3 v8 or is it v12?
has the bp oil spill not made you sick in the stomach yet ?
has the conspicuous consumption of oil not made anyone feel like a
out of shape over weight contestant on "the biggest loser" who hogs
up all the cake for themselves ?

According to a recent report, Mercedes will offer an AMG version of the C-Class coupe.
Set to go on sale next year, the C63 AMG Coupe will feature a 6.3-liter (6208cc) V8 and a seven-speed MCT transmission. While the current unit produces 451 hp (336 kW / 457 PS) and 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque, an Autocar source said Mercedes is "...looking to up the power beyond that of today's C63 AMG. It's safe to say it will be the most powerful of the three (when compared to the BMW M3 / Audi RS5)."
More importantly, the company will offer optional performance package which will enable the V8 to produce approximately 480 hp (358 kW / 487 PS).
If that doesn't float your boat, Mercedes is also developing a C63 AMG Coupe Black Series. Details are limited, but expect a release in 2012 or 2013.

It'll be interesting to see a C63 AMG Coupe, MB sure is offering a lot of options for their AMG lineup.
