This was during the reopening ceremony of Harrod's after it got bought by Qatar Holdings. Family color is baby blue, which is why you see many cars with that color.
Sick thing is the owners of those cars are probably related to one another....

The money in the Middle East is ridiculous. 
My business partner was down in Phoenix at the Mayo getting his annual, and the doctor was relaying a story about another patient, some Prince from Saudi. Turns out this Prince has his own private 747. He drops his wife off in London, then cruises into Phoenix with his entourage for his medical and some golf. Then back on the 747 to pick up his wife and then home. Can you imagine the cost of a "vacation" like that?

LOL, I did a little bit more digging. Qatar Holdings is owned by the Qatari royal family.

As someone said the baby blue ones belong to the new owners of Harrods. They all got wheel-clamped for illegal parking outside their store.
