Beautiful!
This is the ultimate Porsche. I've only seen 1 and it was white one in Hawaii. If I recall Bill Gates also owns a one in silver.

It does, IMO, have a rather awkward-looking rear-end, but, in this case, it's what's under the skin that counts.

Always loved the 959. Even by today's standards, it's still a very fast car. Bill Gates helped make them "legal-ish."

Amazing. The best I've seen at my local dealership service department was a CGT. They fired it up in the shop and I ran back to see it.

Cool and rare car. But when it was new, I was too busy drooling over the F40 to notice much.

awesome car. This porscge was the most advanced car on the road in its day.In fact its still pretty modern in terms of design (porsches never change), features, and performance

Imagine putting some modern touches to a 959. That would be awesome!!

I might be the minority here, but the fact that it doesn't have the modern touches in it, is what makes it desirable.

The F40 was certainly better-looking, especially in its traditional Ferrari bright-red. But there's no question that the 959 was a Porsche icon.

So.....How long did they let you keep it on the test-drive? I'm sure you made short work of those pylons....and the long straightaway

Unfortunately (the CGT) it was already sold and owner had it in the dealer for service. So nobody was driving it except for the mechanic.
