I still would love to own a 1993 Celica All-Trac. Hard to find a good condition one however.
I still miss my 1992 Celica GT-S (these were pretty rare as well).
too bad the last two generation celica's were such a joke....but other than that wow what a legacy the car has left behind.
I agree that the last-generation, Hot-Wheels-styled, post-2000 models were a joke, for several reasons, but not the beautiful 1994-99 models. I myself owned a Iris-blue 1995 Celica ST (bought it brand-new) and loved it...kept it for almost 6 years. A little underpowered, maybe (with a Corolla engine), but I still loved it.
The RA2X line was After they went FWD...they lost appeal to me.
I would enjoy seeing Toyota bring back the Celica in a RWD format. I still have my RA42.
My '93 GTS was an overweight underpowered slug with a flexy-flyer creaking chassis after a mere 30k miles. I was very happy to trade it for my '94 Supra.
