I'd say the 335 for practicality and as a DD or the Evo X since both are 4 doors and both are tuneable to go faster than your IS350. I'm leaning more towards the 335 since it's in the same class as the IS and is still "luxury" where as the Evo is more of a bang-for-buck performance car.
NSX and Supras are very nice cars, but the NSX will definitely not be a practical car, and I DD in my SC, and my car can't lug crap, so the same can be said with the Supra. It's good for up to two people (driver included), any more and you'll have some issues (on long drives like to Vegas)

I heard many stories about the EVO X being really loud, Rattling, Cabin Noise, etc etc.
I don't think i could get used to the seats for daily driving.

the nsx or supra would get my vote. they simply don't age. they might not be faster than production cars today, but their looks are killer and will be for many generations to come. but the downside is that both are two door, so hauling others will pose a problem.

The last-generation Evo IX was miserable in the ride-quality and NVH departments (I reviewed one).......but, of course, most of those who bought Evos didn't care. They, like STI buyers, wanted a rally-car, not LS460-type refinement. I understand (though I haven't driven it) that Mitsubishi has made the new Evo X a little more civil, though I have tested the new Ralliart, its less-expensive cousin.

How long will you need your car to last (engine)? That is, will you plan on getting another car (used or new) in 3 years, 5 years, 10 years?
The reason why I ask is this - frankly speaking it's not at all clear how "safe" it is to increase the boost on the 335i (with jb3) long term. First off, it's almost certainly the case that increasing the boost with jb3 will shorten the life of your engine. The question remains - by how much? And that's not at all clear because the jb3 335i hasn't been around long enough to do even informal retrospective studies.
I'll tell you this - everyone I know with a jb3 335i (which is not many, but it's the only information I have to offer) has it installed on a leased car. They are leasing the 335i for 3 years, increasing the boost (among other things) with jb3, and then moving on (probably to another leased 3 series) (which would probably be much to the dismay of future owners of that leased 335i, though unfortunately for them they'll never know).
This isn't an issue about high pressure fuel pumps - HPFPs are really a non-issue other than being annoying.
This is an issue of shortening your engine life with boost-increasing tunes like jb3.
I ask this because it seems like you are thinking about purchasing a used 335i outright, which in turn implies that you are possibly looking to keep the car longer than 3 years. If that is the case, I would be cautious about getting too "wide-eyed" about the prospects of boost-increasing tunes like jb3 because the extent to which jb3 decreases the life of the engine is simply not clear. That's probably why every person I know with a jb3 335i has the car on lease.
At the end of the day there's really no replacement for stock performance. That's why if I was looking for a car long term that was faster than a stock 335i/IS350, I wouldn't really consider getting a 335i and then increasing the boost even more. I'd consider the M3 or C63 AMG or Audi RS whatever instead.
Anyways, that's just something to think about.
If you typically change cars every 3 years anyway, then this shouldn't be a problem.
If I were in your shoes and wanted a significantly faster car, I'd look for a car that's significantly faster stock with no need for life-shortening modifications. The C63 AMG would be high on my list. High 11/Low 12 second (quarter mile) car bone stock.

^ No way i dont plan on keeping the car for 3 years, Maybe 1 or 2 Tops, but then move on to something else. I only had my IS350 for a little over a year and it was my first car, im pretty sure ill get tired of the 335i when something new and quicker and more reliable comes out. Toyota needs to get back in the game and produce turbo cars again.
And i have a budget the fastest stock car i can pretty much get is 300-330HP, not including american cars haha. Its really either 335i, Evo X, G37s, 08 Sti. I dont think ill get a car before 07 anymore.

If you're just keeping it for 1 to 2 years then the 335i is a fantastic choice I say go for it. Then again, a supra would also hold you out for 1 to 2 years and the mod potential is significantly higher. People have been running around in 800 whp supras for years with many stock internal engine parts no problem. 335i the limit appears to be around 500 whp. Supras - the sky is the limit (well, maybe 1100-1200 whp).

Supra is basically a 2 Seater though judging by how much backseat space you got.
And I don't feel comfortable buying a Supra with over 120K Miles on it, if i knew truly that it was taken care of and all maintenance and everything was done i would take it.

Thanks for all your help guys but i made my choice, 335i FTW!
Its just better for DD imo and i need some type of luxury, even though the interior is a POS compared to the 2IS.
always wanted a BMW, heard they handle like champs.

Yes. The NSX's ride comfort is legendary - one of the many aspects that made the NSX revolutionary, given the performance at the time.
