Go to autozone or any auto parts store, pick up polishing compound, with some elbow greece that should come right off, looks like whoever rubbed you rubbed their paint onto your car

I dont think it will come off even if i use a buffer

Leave the paint transfer alone! Assuming the reality is that FedEx did this to his car, he is due just compensation for his trouble. Get that report filed and get the FedEx investigators out to check out the damage. Don't mess with it!
