Update:
Got the turbo back in. Mounted up the powder steering pump and started on intalling the Radiator. Still got the transfer case and downpipe to install. Then I can start adding the fluids back. Still got alot to do.

Got a new fan shroud in. Stock one was cracked in 3 places. Took 8 months to find a one. Amazing how hard it is to find parts, but so happy to find this pc. I think the hunt is the fun part. Last one of these in the world new LOL.
Got some more stuff installed. Downpipe and cat. Also filled all the fluids. Just got a few more things to do and she will be running

You are the man!
I wish I can have a project car and completely restore it. I just don't got the time, the money, or the knowledge on how to take it apart, get the parts, and put it back together.
But more power to you man! Hopefully this baby will be ready by Christmas!!

Thanks for the kind words. It is a fun project. Everybody that comes by the shop asked about it. I must have told the story 1,000 times and it never gets old. 95% of them don't know about the car and are always shocked to hear it came with a Turbo/AWD from the factory. I am hoping to have it up and running soon. It hasn't ran in a year. So hopefully (fingers crossed) that she runs good.

Does the 4G63 VC have baffles like the Evo one? If so I'd reccomend not to powdercoat it, Karen and Jay got theirs PC'd (the JDMEGO Rainbow chrome Evo)?-I'm sure you've seen it....
Engine is RIP now...becasue the baffles kept a lot of debris inside

They do have baffles. Proper precautions where taken during the powder coat process. Been around the block a couple times lol. So all good there.
