While I can appreciate the cams Lexus offers I do like the additional lines that some of the competition offers when you reverse. Basically the lines turn and help you figure out where the car is headed. It helps with direction.
No biggie but a neat additional feature that would be great to have.

The lines are meh. We've got them on the X5 and they are uneccessary imo. The clarity of the camera in the F is light years ahead of what BMW's offer (and it was even worse in their older models).
Does Lexus offer a top view camera? That is the cat's meow imo. I have 270 degree vision that is brilliant when parking in tight spots (ie. my parkade at work). It has allowed me to keep the wheels scuff free as it's a very tight turn getting in and out.

I don't think that it is just an over seas thing. Infiniti has had the lines for a few years now. They move when you turn the steering wheel. Also that bird view around monitor too.

those radar lines can make a big difference when reversing and parallel parking. i've noticed more and more people with the rear cameras. it's funny- i still like to see it for my eyes, so on many occassions when parallel parking, i'll park the car to check if there is adequate space or if i need to maneuver even more in any direction. i like how when we reverse, there's a beeping signal that signifies how close you are to the vehicle/object behind you. that isn't as visual as the radar lines, but they've been quite helpful for me thus far.
