I agree with the VW/Audi 2.0 TDI Diesel being on the list, but I think they should also incluse the gas-powered 2.0T four. Both, IMO, are superb powerplants...and rank in the 10 Best.

Call me a fanboy but there is no reason why the 3.5 DI Lexus V-6 should not be on there. Still pretty much best in class MPG and Performance. The recall only affected certain engines, its still a very reliable engine.

Leaf is unproven.
Volt ICE engine is ****, getting you 30 MPG.
Volvo? No one cares, no one buys them.
Pentestar? R U KIDDING ME?
The Cooper Turbo? Its not that powerful or efficient.
5.0 Tau? Its unproven, not even sold here yet.

**** I must just submit a new engine design that hasn't been sold yet since it can win.
