With most of the Lexus line-up due for a redesign in the next 2 years, I hope Lexus will listen to surveys and its focus groups without being stubborn like the honda guys.

Great to hear, especially about interiors. Some people still rave about Acura interiors, but I'm glad that current Acura interior styling is a big turn off to a lot of people, based on this survey.

 

I think Lexus did a good job in listening with what people wanted the CT design to be. And let's not forget about the final outcome of the LFA.

Lexus hasn't had any concepts out recently, but I do hope they have kept an ear out for what has been said about the HS, the IS-C, the hybrid family grills. And the next gen GS -- Lexus better make it spectacular!!!

I don't mind their interiors but I still can't believe how ugly, especially the TL, has become. Hopefully the refresh does wonders.. The old (04-08) TL was one of my favorite cars, and to abhor the immediately next generation like I do is kinda depressing.

 

maybe toyota will realize center guages are stupid.

It was obvious to most the new design Acura's were beyond ugly and beyond help as soon as we saw them. Not sure why it takes a survey for them to realize its ugly. THE MAJORITY of people think its ugly so you really can't say "styling is subjective' when most people hate it.

Acura had ENOUGH issues and them COMPOUNDED them with ridiculous styling!

Acura interiors are too close to Honda interiors. The fake plood and now metal bits all over are cold and not really luxurious. Whats funny is they aren't horrible to me, they just need a better design team.

Case in point Acura's are ugly. One of my really good buds is an Acura guy and has been for a decade. He thought about a 5/GS but I can tell he wants to stay with Acura.Does not like the RL, hates the TL, hates the RDX, hates the ZDX, doesn't want a MDX So he called me the other day and asked "what do I think of the V-6 TSX"? I said well at that rate I'd get an ES 350, why a TSX, I thought you were looking at the 5 and GS/

No joke his answer was "well its the least ugly of the Acura's" . And he is right but think about that for a second. Which is added evidence that the V-6 TSX isn't taking sales from the competition but from their on TL.

The TSX is by far the best design they have.

I think the Yaris finally dropped it (but still in the Prius)
