Default Wanna see something totally pointless? (A friend of mine has this truck...see...)

And it looks like this...go on, click the attachment.

It is a 2002 Ford F350, upconverted to an "F-750". It has the 7.3L Powerstroke, with 2 turbos, and performance by BullyDog. In Economy mode, it gets 4mpg/18mpg hwy when he locks in the Auxiliary overdrive for a 800rpm speed @65mph. In Performance mode, he gets a whopping .8 mpg city. Air lockers by ARB and a total of 26 inches of lift by King Suspensions complete the package. It is 100% Street Legal, the drop bumpers are exactly 55" off the ground, the limit in its registered state of TX. The tires are 48's.

Stupid? Perhaps. Fun? Totally.

So in performance mode, you have just enough fuel to get to the next gas station?

It's certainly good for a laugh (and not much else).

Sighting something like this usually results in finger pointing and much laughing.

At least it has the large diameter tires to go with the lift.

Not likely because he's busy trying to divert gaze from numerous people pointing and laughing.

I have never really seen anyone laugh at these lifted trucks. They're usually amazed because most people don't encounter anything that big.

Lowered cars with -5 degrees of camber on the other hand...
