It wouldn't anything like that.
It would be like saying that once you have the federally required amount (which all gas sold in the US has) then more doesn't help.
Again if you've ANY evidence that it does please provide it.
ALL of them that I've ever seen were paid for by top tier folks. Likewise the folks who made cigarettes had plenty of "studies" they paid for that showed their product was good for you, and oil companies have plenty of studies they paid for that their product doesn't hurt greenhouse problems.
If you can find any independent ones, please let me know.
