I'm surprised that they're too stubborn to get rid of that nasty grill.

If you look really closely, you can kind of tell that there were some changes to it, but overall, it's still ugly!!

Improvement over the last version but still not all that good IMO.

At first glance I wouldn't take a second glance. After they fired Hawkman, Acura seems to have picked up some designers from GM.

A significant improvement on the front end........the parrot-beak is smaller, but still awkward-looking (IMO, they need to dump that beak altogether). Only a very minor improvement in the back trunk-lid and taillights....they still need work.

Acura dealerships, at customer request, are at least getting rid of some of its effect with body-color paint.

It looks sort of like a deformed Maxima/Lexus GS from the side. I miss the TL from a few years ago. This is an improvement over last year's model, which isn't saying much.

At least it doesn't like an angry Pacman on crack...

A definite improvement. The new leading edge of the front bumper helps diminish the beak. Also adding a more traditional rear bumper helps tone down the dumpy butt look. Smaller rear reflectors and chrome trim strip help too. However, I'm skeptical about the three additional mpg's. Usually it's one or two at best. If true, more power to them.

Still, this car misses it's mark and needs to be redone entirely.

The thing is, the TL is a great car to drive.. This makes it look acceptable IMO, but they should just do a minor refresh on the 04-08 TL and call it a day. I'm still shocked that they screwed it up so bad on the 09's.

Agreed, takes more than a face-lift and butt-lift to make it look good.

Genesis gets 8speed
tl gets 6 speed like that is "advance"
genesis v-6 makes 333hp
tl "most powerful Acura ever" keeps 305hp rating
genesis gains r spec and 429hp v8
tl gains cooled seats

everything the tl added is stuff the competition has had FOR YEARS

how the hell is this "advance" or "the technology brand" how stupid do you have to be to believe that crap?
